I HIT A "CLAM" AT ONE POINT AND ALMOST SCRUBBED THE PERFORMANCE PART FOR A REDO BUT I FELT THE REST OF THE PERFORMANCE WAS WORTH SAVING...I'M ONLY HUMAN AFTER ALL...SO PLEASE WATCH TO THE END AND ENJOY!Also, for those who wish to know...This is my setup... I play through a Digitech 2120 guitar processor...It's powered by a 50 watt Mesa Boogie stereo power amp... It all goes through 2 Marshall 4x12 cabinets in stereo... i also sometimes use a Steve Vai Bad Horsie Wah Wah pedal... I Play and love D'Addario XL guitar strings, the gauge is 10 through 46 (EXL110),,, I also use and LOVE V-Picks guitar picks...i use the "small pointed Lite" model.... Hi guys, I wrote this for my debut album in honour of Joe Kittinger who held the record for the highest jump at 102,000ft. I'm sure you'll know that record was broken in one of the most incredible things I'll ever witness in my lifetime by the amazing Felix Baumgartner. I'm still in awe and decided to upoad this vid. Dave here with another clip.This backing track is called Sad Melody. I came up with the lines you hear me playing. I used the Jackson Soloist for this because I wanted the use of the Floyd Rose bar for accents. I may do this track again using a Les Paul just for the hell of it. I was under the gun to get this up as i've been crazy at work and just to tired to play late at nite (which is when I record my clips)...I think I could have done it better given more time and relaxed circumstances...anyway for better or worse this my last clip for 2009...more to come in 2010~ Also check out my buddy Popstotexas here on YouTube...listen to his killer take on this backing track as a Tribute to the Great Les Paul who we sadly lost earlier this year....It's a killer!Also, for those who wish to know...This is my setup... Jess is just so bright and in tune with the music playing that I was glad to be there to watch these two fabulous musicians playing this classic piece. Apologies for the slight distortion on the sound in this recording. I tried all I could to reduce it. I have a new method of recording with a limiting microphone so hopefully this will improve in future recordings

Hello and welcome! This time around I cover Iron Maidens "The number of the Beast"... A fitting number for Halloween, don't you think? Indeed it is! This clip features a backing track of the song done by Iron Maiden but without the rhythm and lead tracks...soooo, i got to do the rhythm track, and when the lead parts come up a backing rhythm tracks kick in so i can do the leads...pretty cool huh? i hope you enjoy this clip! I had a great time putting it together for you. i must admit it was very difficult to record this from a volume standpoint. I Play and love D'Addario XL guitar strings, the gauge is 10 through 46 (EXL110),,, I also use and LOVE V-Picks guitar picks...i use the "small pointed Lite" model.... The Rock Game of the Century ? will release a limited edition of their wildly popular board game commemorating the 50th anniversary of Marshall Amplification it was announced today. Containing 1,600 trivia questions celebrating five decades of loud rock ?n? roll and the iconic artists who play it. The Rock Science Marshall Game is a unique collaborative effort. One of the world?s most iconic brands of musical equipment, Marshall Amplification, joins up with the rock game of the century, Rock Science. From early rock and metal to current artists, the Rock Science Marshall Game is a tribute to the immense contribution Marshall Amplification has had on music history. ?For a guitar aficionado this is a dream come true. 50 years of rock guitar history in one game.? says Rock Science Creative Director, Jorge Bravo.Rock Science is a board game for 2-6 players. The goal is to be the first to finish one lap around the board through the use of rock knowledge, clever betting and a bit of luck. Players answer questions about anecdotes, myths, rockers, albums, songs and Sex, Amps & Rock ?n? Roll. You can also be asked to hum the riffs of well-known rock songs.
All questions have three levels of difficulty: Poser, Fan and Scientist. Poser questions are easier so anyone can join the game!

I do not think you can describe a moment, give a rationale or say why you love something, you love it and that's it. I was just looked inside and I followed my heart.
