Hello and welcome! This time around I cover Iron Maidens "The number of the Beast"... A fitting number for Halloween, don't you think? Indeed it is! This clip features a backing track of the song done by Iron Maiden but without the rhythm and lead tracks...soooo, i got to do the rhythm track, and when the lead parts come up a backing rhythm tracks kick in so i can do the leads...pretty cool huh? i hope you enjoy this clip! I had a great time putting it together for you. i must admit it was very difficult to record this from a volume standpoint. I was either too loud or not loud enough...i think i nailed it....you tell me!Also, for those who wish to know...This is my setup... I will be heading out for the NAMM Show in Annahiem, CA this January and will be checking out some new gear and meeting some great musicians and seeing some great performances! It will be exciting and Ill post some video of my trip for you guys to check out.
I will be posting no more free videos of guitar lessons to YouTube because I will have my Guitar Sherpa room at TrueFire.com up and running for personal one to one lessons and interactive study. The room will be ready to launch in Janaury - the monthly tuition will be a one price platform which will be affordable for just about everyone!
New lessons will be posted at my site joepinnavaia.com on the topics of developing a practice schedule and creating arpeggios with the Modes.

Dave here with an original piece written for a backing track I found. Dedicated to the possibly earth like planet Gliese 581g. I'm playing my Fender American Vintage 70's series strat . I just had Dimarzio Paul Gilbert Injector pickups installed...Neck and bridge. In the middle is Dimarzio Area 67. This is Paul Gilberts current pickup layout. I love the it way sounds! Thanks to Joe Jr. at Connectiut Music for the installation and setup. You ROCK!
